It is best not to submit another order as there may be duplicate orders in our system. You will need to provide enough information so that we can track your signup, such as Confirmation ID, Name, Domain Name, signup date, and approximate time of order.
Also, there are instances when the credit card is declined by our credit card processor. Therefore, you may want to check with your credit card company to make sure that there was not an issue with your credit card.
