If there are Customers or Clients under your Reseller Plan you can add under your account.
Here's the step by step:
1. Login to your Plesk
2. Click the "Customers" menu
3. Click "Add Customers" button
4. Complete the Customers detail
5. Don't forget to add the domain name and choose the Hosting plan you already created before
(For IP address you should fill? 52.117.31.126)
6. Click the "Ok" button
